RETURNS:
We offer free returns on all orders for up to 30 days after the order is placed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were received. You will receive a refund in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item. 

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, you will receive a refund of your item(s) at time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to process. 

SALE ITEMS: 
Unfortunately all marked down sale items are final sale (along with accessories, and intimates).


SHIPPING: 
Due to some delays we are experiencing from vendors due to COVID-19, there may be a delay on certain orders placed. However, orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM MST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail doesn't necessarily mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above.
